Metallurgical Solutions, Inc. is a commercial heat treating and consulting engineering company founded in January, 1989. We specialize in salt bath heat treating. In addition to salt baths, our services include but are not limited to fluidized bed, vacuum, atmosphere and induction heat treating processes. Salt baths and fluidized bed furnaces provide superior heat transfer and temperature uniformity by conductive heating and cooling. We also provide metallurgical consulting services consisting of materials evaluation, failure analyses and nondestructive examinations.
